Account Creation

The creation of a customer account ("Account") is not mandatory to access the ALTANUEVA DMC & EVENTS / ALTAREIS website or Our mobile applications.

However, registration allows the User to access all personalized Services reserved for Account holders, especially making and paying for online reservations.

Users can create an Account by filling out a registration form for the Services or by logging in via their account on one of the social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Google.

To create an Account through a registration form for the Services, the User provides their email address, chooses a password, and declares that they accept and have read the Terms via a checkbox.

Once registration is complete, an email confirming the email address provided by the User during registration is sent to the address provided by the User.

The User can create and hold only one Account associated with an email address.

The password provided by the User is encrypted by ALTANUEVA DMC & EVENTS / ALTAREIS. It is the User's responsibility to keep their password confidential.

In case of loss of the password by the User, a temporary link will be provided by email to allow the User to create a new password.

The User is solely responsible for the use of their Account and password. Any use of the Services, connection, or data transmission made through the User's Account will be presumed to have been made by the User and under their exclusive responsibility, except for written and duly justified denunciation sent to ALTANUEVA DMC & EVENTS / ALTAREIS by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

In case of loss, fraudulent or unauthorized use, or theft of any of the identifiers, the User:

Commits to use the procedure put in place by ALTANUEVA DMC & EVENTS / ALTAREIS to recover their identifiers and reset their password;

Commits to inform ALTANUEVA DMC & EVENTS / ALTAREIS immediately.

ALTANUEVA DMC & EVENTS / ALTAREIS cannot be held responsible for the loss of one or more identifiers or passwords and the harmful consequences of the use of the Account by an unauthorized person until ALTANUEVA DMC & EVENTS / ALTAREIS has been informed by the User of the loss or misuse of the identifiers or password.

ALTANUEVA DMC & EVENTS / ALTAREIS has no control over the truthfulness of the information provided by the User for Account creation. Consequently, ALTANUEVA DMC & EVENTS / ALTAREIS cannot be held responsible for false declarations or identity theft by the User. The User commits to providing ALTANUEVA DMC & EVENTS / ALTAREIS with accurate information and updating it as it changes over time.

User Rights and Obligations

The User of the Services acknowledges having the competence and the necessary material and software means to access and use the Services.

The User commits to complying with the provisions of the Terms as well as all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.
